Yes on the fuse, if you're going to test. The motor rating is on the side of the case. I'd go an amp or 2 lower, 20 amp and above could cause some breaker tripping and fire. Good video though.

Every start is a dry start. No surprises here - horrible engineering to allow the oil to drain to the pan and not maintain pressure while off.

I think you need to bring it closer and reduce the distance from the trailer to the jeep if you plan on taking tight offroad corners like that often.

I was reading one of the comments from this video. Did you say that the red TJ in the video is sitting on 35 inch tires right now but you said it was more capable with 33 inch tires? What size lift and do you have any offset? Also, where did you get those TJ directional lights?

Thank you. Good instructions . Nice and short. I tried to use my scooter battery charger and it did not work. Found out that it has safety features which prevented the boost. However I used a 12v random charger and was able to get it going. Now I have a working Ryobi battery.

You're so patient! I can't even attempt to video tedious work like that, it takes all of my patience just to do the work. The MJ still needs gears in a bad way, but i'm having a real tough tome committing to it.

screws, not bolts. Bolts have nuts.

I did the speaks in the hatch, junkyard, 5 3/4, found some grills. Then added an LED dome light mounted inside the middle of the speakers, flush. wired direct to battery. The light and speakers back there are great for the drive-in movies and camping, etc.

I go aluminum, I have good experiences with aluminum on all my cars from 90s to mid 2000s. Great cooling and lasted unless you go dirt cheap on unbranded aluminum radiators then they tend to leak with bad welds.

That's funny you posted this video on the Barnes skid plate as I have the same one . I have a 1'' body lift on my 03 TJ , however it is coming out tomorrow and going to my buddy over at elevated jeeps. I'm just trying to lower the center of gravity . I am however on a 3.5 '' suspension lift which is staying. Love your videos and looking forward to your next one. I am also going with the Barnes transmission skid soon. Take care .

Sliders on the rigs folks the steps get you every time. Also would like to add that includes the rails w steps, it needs to be a straight solid tube. Probably my biggest riddicual .

the ac intake is the driver side cowl, its kinda counterintuitive to have hot engine air get pushed out , and sucked straight back into the ac cowl intake. if you want to continue with this idea, having a hood vent on the passenger side is exactly what you want, giving more airflow and keeping the ac cold the hood is good for winter, but not ideal for summer.

Well, my 2008 E350 was having issues with the lock switches on the front doors. I could lock or unlock both doors using the key fob, but the switches wouldn't work. After watching your video I was able to find what looked a relay on the passenger side under the dash. I just reached up in there and wiggled the connectors on the relay and it was a miracle. The lock switches started working perfectly. Thanks. May not work tomorrow, but so far, so good.

Do you have a video of how you prepped the doors for painting? I have some red half doors that need to be painted black, but I'm not sure how to prep the old paint for repainting.

Just put in a whole set of rockers and cams from eBay on mine and checking the bank 2 exhaust cam with some of this film when it gets here. Got it all together and have p00d and p0018 and only misfires on bank 2 at idle otherwise runs perfectly at everything but idle. Also going to change the phasers. Stupid part is it ran better with 3 destroyed rockers and 1 wiped out cam lobe

I wish I would have seen this Video a few days ago, I just changed My oil filter housing. While having it all part I decided to change Spark Plugs and Coils. I noticed one Coil boot had oil on it so I pulled the valve covers off and changed all the tube seals too. Hopefully my are tight, 140k on the engine.

Hello, first start off 03 King Ranch crew cab, 4x4. Having somewhat of a similar issue, I can unlock and lock from the driver and the passenger side all 4 doors. No problem, I use my keyless entry pad on the driver's side to unlock no problem. I can go into programming mode, when I push on the fobs that I have, it does not recognize them. I've checked the voltage of the batteries is there something in this module that is responsible for that? Is there a transreceiver in this module? Thank you
